Transmission Field is a textile artwork and sensory map created in a time of rapid technological and ecological transformation. Drawing on visual motifs developed through ongoing explorations of biology, ecology and artificial intelligence, the work traces connections between systems. Inspired by transmissions such as pain, pollen, invasive species and digital signals, it charts invisible interactions that underpin life, suggesting that systems across all scales are experiencing overload as they adapt to change.

Development generously supported by the Arts Council of England.
